  • To the mainland of Greece: 4,50 euros

Returns on our items are made when the conditions mentioned in the “RETURNS” section are met.

DELIVERIES

According to our delivering time, we want to inform you that:

  • To Athens, at 1 working day.
  • To the mainland and the islands of Greece, 1-3 working days.

Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays (national and local holidays).

RETURNS

Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it.

  • Return costs are entirely yours, as is the choice of return method. If you want, you can choose, (after consultation), to return the items with the Speedex company we work with. In this case the cost of return will be notified to you and if you agree to it, the cost, it will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you.
  • The right of return is exercised by sending an e-mail to info@outfitsforyou.com.
  • In order to exercise the right of return, it is assumed that the product has not been used and that no tags or markings on the products have been removed.
  • All products must be returned in the perfect condition received without damage, complete and in their packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents.

In case of exercising the right of return, the amount paid via credit card, bank account deposit or cash on delivery will be credited to a bank account that you should have indicated to us in the above email. Any bank charges will be entirely yours.

REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS DUE TO DEFECT

Our company takes all the necessary measures so that all products are packed in a particularly careful way so that you receive them without damage. It is rare that you receive a product with a defect.

In case that you receive a defective product, you can return it by informing us immediately at the e-mail info@outfitsforyou.com notifying us if you wish to be sent a new product to replace the defective one or if you wish to cancel the order, in which case we will refund you the money you have paid. In the event that you choose to be sent a new product for replacement, we will immediately send you a message confirming your new order.

In any case, the return and reshipment costs are ours and we will send a courier to your place to collect the items.

CHANGE OF PRODUCTS DUE TO ERROR IN SIZE SELECTION

Also, our company makes sure that all our products are accompanied by a size chart and a color chart, which we ask you to consult before choosing the color and size of the product you like. If in the end the info@outfitsforyou.com, about the new size and color you want (with the reservation that they are available in our e-shop) . In this case you will send us back the product for exchange. It is again assumed that the product has not been used, no labels or markings on the product have been removed. Finally, all products must be returned in the perfect condition received without damage, complete and in their packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents.

In this case, the return and reshipment costs will be yours. Just let us know with which courier company you want us to send them to you.
